How to Return Items
To start a return, please use our online Returns Portal:

You’ll need your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If you’re outside this period, please contact us at info@carp-porter.com and we’ll advise further.
Refunds
Once your items have been received back with us, please allow 7–10 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Where possible, we’re happy to exchange items for a different size of the same product. Please request this through the Returns Portal.
Faulty Items
All Carp Porter products are checked before dispatch, but if something arrives faulty, please log this through the Returns Portal or email us at info@carp-porter.com. Include photos if possible so we can resolve it quickly.
FAQs
I don’t have my delivery note – can I still return?
Yes. Your order number is all we need, which you can find under “Your Orders” in your account.
Can I return my online order to a shop?
No. Orders placed through carp-porter.com must be returned to us directly. Items bought in-store should be returned to the shop where they were purchased.
