Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE: Our final day for processing and dispatching orders before the Christmas and New Year period is Wednesday 17 December.

Orders placed on or before 17 December will be processed and dispatched as normal (subject to stock availability and usual courier timeframes).

Orders placed after 17 December will be held and dispatched in January 2026, when our team returns and shipping resumes.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.

Shipping Methods

All orders are sent via DHL, regardless of package size.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Next working day dispatch: Orders placed after 3PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders £100 and over

  • £7.80 flat fee for orders under £100

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours (working days only).

Every order is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in top condition. We use durable, protective materials to keep your gear safe in transit.

You’ll receive email updates at each stage:

  • Order confirmation

  • Dispatch with tracking details

  • Delivery confirmation

Tracking numbers are included in your dispatch email and can also be accessed through your Carp Porter account.

Delays & Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there’s an issue with delivery, please get in touch. We’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated until the problem is resolved.
