ORDERING: What size should i buy?
If you're not sure what size works for you, please refer to our size guides. They're found on every product page just underneath our images.
ORDERING: Can orders be amended?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we're unable to alter it. So please double check your orders before you commit to buying them. If the order has not been picked and dispatched, we are able to cancel an order and re-order with the amendments in place, but this will involve refunding your money and re-purchasing your items.
ORDERING: do you offer discounts?
From time to time, we offer promotions, bundles and discounts (at our discretion). Please do not message us asking for discount codes or volume discounts, these will not be acknowledged. If you'd like to stay informed on our promotions and discounts, join our mailing list to be the first to hear about any new deals we're running.
Returns: Can I Return my items?
Of course! Items can be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in a saleable condition, with tags. Unfortunately we don't currently offer free returns, but it is something we're working on offering for the future. To check your eligibility, please visit our returns portal.

Shipping: Do you ship overseas?
Currently we do not send items overseas, but it is something we're currently working on. Our official shipping partner is Royal Mail, so all UK deliveries are handled within their terms and conditions.
Shipping: How much is delivery?
Delivery is £3.99 for orders under £25. If your order exceeds £25, delivery is FREE.
Shipping: Where is my order?
All of our items are held in stock and are usually dispatched by the next working day from ordering. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. Generally, orders placed Monday to Thursday are dispatched by the next working day, whereas orders placed Friday to Sunday are usually dispatched by the following Monday. Once an order is placed, we send emails to keep you updated on its status, as well as keeping your order information up to date in your account area.
