Delivery & Returns


You may return the product within 14 days if not completely satisfied. Goods should be sent in original packaging in original unused condition.
You should ensure goods are adequately insured. We will not be held responsible for goods missing or damaged in transit.
If goods received are faulty you should inform us within 7 days of receipt with a written description of the fault.
Any goods returned will require a letter to identify the sender and an explanation of the action required.  I.e.refund or replacement.
Any goods returned after the initial 14 day period will be replaced or repaired at the sellers discretion.
Goods purchased either from an approved retailer or approved retailer website should be returned in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions relating to the retailer.
Unless there are special circumstances goods should only be returned from the stockist they were originally purchased.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
